Introducing the Field Dog from TOPS Knives! The Field dog is a hunting/camping fixed blade knife designed by long-time TOPS employee Ana Espinoza. One day, she cracked open a beer, sat down, and—counter to her character—started drawing a knife. That sketch eventually turned into the Field Dog, a knife with a sweeping belly, ergonomic handle, and utilitarian tip. These features make it ideal for processing small game like birds and fish. One feature that makes the Field Dog stand out beside its fellow TOPS fixed blade companions is its blade material: 154CM. This steel type is highly corrosion-resistant and tough, making it a low-maintenance, high-performance option for an outdoor blade. It also has high-visibility orange G-10 handle overlays that will make it hard to lose in the wild.
